Each Gevojanyan instrument is built to the specifications of a single client, by application, in limited quantity. The terms below exist because the work is not catalog. It is bespoke.
01 · No refunds
All sales of Gevojanyan products are final. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, no refund — full or partial — will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, change of vehicle, change in modification plans, or the passage of time.
By placing an order with Gevojanyan, you acknowledge and accept that this policy is binding, has been disclosed in advance, and is integral to the conditions under which the work is offered.
02 · Why this policy exists
Gevojanyan is not a stocked product. Each commission is engineered, fabricated, finished, and fitted to the individual specifications of the accepted applicant. Materials are sourced and cut to order. Welds are laid by hand. Acoustic tuning is verified per unit. Production windows span weeks, sometimes longer.
A returned or refunded unit cannot be resold. It is, by construction, uniquely yours. Honoring that uniqueness is what makes the work possible at this level.
03 · Limited production
Allocation is finite. Each accepted application consumes capacity that would otherwise have been offered to another applicant on the waitlist. Once your order enters production, that capacity is committed.
04 · Manufacturing defects
In the event of a verified manufacturing or material defect — distinct from change of mind — Gevojanyan will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the affected component at no cost to the client. Defects must be reported in writing to hello@gevojanyan.com within 14 days of receipt, with photographs and a description of the issue. Wear, modification, abuse, racing damage, and improper installation are not covered.
05 · Cancellation before production
If you wish to cancel before production begins on your unit, contact us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made prior to the start of fabrication may be refunded less a non-refundable design and engineering deposit, the amount of which is disclosed at the time of order confirmation.
Once fabrication has begun, the order is non-cancellable.
